Whitfords is a family owned and run firm which has been established for over 30 years. Whitford’s takes pride in its customer service, not only at the point of sale but the aftercare too.
Specialising in sales of new models by Coachman and quality used caravans, you can be sure then when you buy a caravan from us, you buy from the family and not a salesman on commission – at Whitford’s customers become friends.
Part-exchanges are welcomed, finance arranged at competitive rates (subject to status).
We have a large well stocked accessory shop with everything from a tent peg to a colour television.
2003 saw major investment in new workshop facilities to cope with demand for our Service and Repairs Centre, which is NCC, Caravan Club and Camping and Caravan Club approved giving us one of the newest facilities in the industry.
We are Calor Gas dealers, offer storage facilities with sales and are open 7 days a week.
If you’d like to meet us we are easy to find, Junction 10 off the M65, follow the signs for the cinema and we are close to there – just one mile from the town centre.

Coachman’s first apprentices reach milestone.
Coachman Caravans’ first ever apprentices have completed the preliminary phase of their apprenticeship programme.
This formal programme is designed to last three years in total and to give the apprentices a fully rounded knowledge of each department in the Coachman factory, by following a detailed programme of practical work.

Local builder appointed to complete final stage of Coachman’s extension
Coachman Caravans, one of the UK’s leading caravan manufacturers, has appointed local building contractor, John Thompson Developments Ltd, to complete the final phase of their £3.5 million factory extension.
