Congratulations to Crossburn Caravans of Peebles and Broad Lane Leisure of Alcester!
The Coachman Caravan Company is proud to congratulate two of its dealers on their recent success in the 2007 CRiS Dealers of the Year Awards. Crossburn Caravans of Peebles won the Scotland and Northern Ireland Regional Winner category, whilst Broadlane Leisure of Alcester not only scooped the Central England Regional Winner, but were also rewarded with the prestigious Overall Winner title and announced as the CRiS Dealer of the Year 2007.
For the CRiS (Caravan Registration and Identification Scheme) awards, which are run in partnership with Practical Caravan magazine, customers are encouraged to nominate their favourite dealer. The nominations are then shortlisted by a judging panel from Practical Caravan, the Caravan Club, the Camping and Caravanning Club, the National Caravan Council and CRiS. The shortlisted nominees are then judged against their commitment to industry standards and customer care with the addition of a ‘mystery shop’.
The Scottish and Northern Ireland Regional Winner, Crossburn Caravans, situated in the beautiful surroundings of the Scottish Borders, has been a Coachman Caravan dealer since 1988 and in that time has won nine consecutive awards for Coachman Caravan sales in Scotland and outstanding customer care.
The Central England and Overall Winner, Broadlane Leisure, is now in its 7th season as a Coachman Dealer and, as a runner-up in last year’s CRiS Awards, has built upon the highest standards of customer care to clinch the 2007 title.
The Caravan Registration and Identification Scheme was first established in 1992 with the aim of preventing stolen and written-off caravans being recirculated. With over 400,000 caravans and their keepers recorded on a national registration system similar to the DVLA, the register is used by police forces and finance companies throughout the UK to protect the security of caravans and assist in the detection of caravan related crime.
