Coachman has recently appointed Bluestorm Design and Marketing Ltd, one of East Yorkshire’s most established full service marketing agencies.
Based in Sutton Fields in Hull, the Coachman Caravan Company was established in 1986 and is one of the UK’s leading caravan manufacturers. In the past year, sales have increased by 11%, which has been their best to date. To meet escalating demand, the company are in the process of completing a 29,000 square foot extension to their factory, which will enable them to increase output.
“As a growing company, we chose Bluestorm for their forward thinking, positive attitude,” said Jim Hibbs, Managing Director of Coachman Caravans. “We were looking for an agency who would work with us and who could provide all of the services we needed in one integrated, comprehensive package.”
Since being appointed, Bluestorm have undertaken a range of projects including design and copy writing work, and web development. The Public Relations department has also made a pro-active start to the relationship, supporting Coachman during one of Europe’s largest caravan shows, where they launched three new caravan models.
The Public Relations offering was particularly important in the decision making process for Coachman as Jim Hibbs explains:
“We were keen to appoint a hands-on Public Relations team who would work alongside us, to realise our goals as a company. Bluestorm provided us with an enthusiastic, approachable team who had existing knowledge of our industry and were able to hit the ground running.”
“We are thrilled to have won the Coachman account,” said Andy Cawley, Managing Director of Bluestorm Design and Marketing. “Coachman is currently growing as a company and we are keen to help them maximise that growth. Everyone here at Bluestorm is looking forward to working with Jim Hibbs and the Coachman team to help them achieve their objectives as a business.”

Founded in 2000, Bluestorm has witnessed continual growth, from two people to over twenty with over 200 active accounts.
