Description:
Coachman Caravans is a family-run, leading touring caravan manufacturer in Hull with over 37 years of experience. We produce exceptional, high quality touring caravans year after year without any compromise on luxury or features.
We are now looking for an Aftercare Account Holder. (This role is an administrative based role). This is a full time and permanent position.
Hours of work: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 5.30pm and Friday: 8.30am – 12.30pm
The main duties of which are as follows:
Candidates should have a confident personality with the ability to communicate with people at all levels both within the business and externally.
You should have an excellent set of organisational skills with an eye for detail and be focused, self-motivated as well as being a good team player; quick to learn; understand and suggest changes to processes to improve efficiency.
An excellent level of customer service as well as good administrative skills is also required. Good written/verbal communication skills and excellent Microsoft package and systems ability essential. Caravan/motorhome industry or other manufacturing/dealership experience advantageous but not essential.
Flexible holidays (23 days plus 8 Bank Holidays throughout the year, pro-rata due to the start day in May. Plus Company contributed pension scheme, Death in Service scheme, BUPA membership, company sick pay and onsite parking.
Starting salary: £24,000pa

Caravan Operative – Cabinet Shop: Up to £18.68/hr
Previous caravan industry cabinet shop background/experience preferred but experience in similar industries
will also be seriously considered.
The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team, be reliable, good time-keeper are also
equally important.
Core hours of work: 39 hrs: Monday – Thursday.
Holidays fixed to factory shutdowns (in line with school holidays)
This is a full time/permanent position and benefits from company pension/life insurance schemes, on site parking,
competitive salary as well as an annual bonus scheme.
