The Caravan Awards 2013. Best Layout (recognising versatility and practicality)

The Pastiche grabs another award with its near-perfect combination of generous L-shaped kitchen, nearside corner shower room, offside rear twin bunks and spacious lounge/double bed.
This is a layout never before seen. It’s a caravan in two distinct halves. In the rear segment, two bunks are tucked away in the offside corner. There’s a large wardrobe (complete with a shoe recess). The shower room is alongside the bunks – and it’s generous in size. The large amount of floor space here around the entrance has a vestibule-type feel.
The kitchen is one of the largest in any caravan – and there’s more space in and on the L-shaped dresser opposite.
Amid a sea of layouts that are broadly similar to one another within their categories, this is one that breaks new ground. For this reason – as well as being a practical family choice – the 525 is an important caravan for the industry as a whole as it gives buyers something totally new.
